Print-on-Demand Fulfillment

Physical products in our store are produced and fulfilled on demand through Printful. Because each item is made specifically for you, please allow 2 to 5 business days for production before your order ships. Total delivery time includes both production and transit.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been produced and handed off to the carrier, estimated transit times are:

  • United States: 3 to 7 business days
  • International: 10 to 20 business days (varies by destination)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on your location and the fulfillment method selected by Printful.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled and shipped.

Digital Products and Services

Digital products and service-based offerings (such as fitness advising sessions) are delivered electronically or in person and do not require shipping. No physical item will be mailed for these purchases.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees assessed by their country upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total and are not collected by SOLDNOWHERE.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with Printful to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
