Build a stronger, more energized body with outdoor fitness advising designed to help you move better, breathe better, and feel more capable in everyday life.
This is not a one-size-fits-all gym routine. Each session blends practical movement advising with a grounded mix of Qi Gong, Yoga, Walking, and Resistance Strength Training to support strength, mobility, posture, stamina, recovery, breath control, and mental clarity.
Before beginning, each client completes a $50 initial intake assessment to review current fitness level, movement capacity, goals, limitations, and the best path forward.
What You’ll Gain
You will walk away with more energy, better mobility, stronger movement habits, improved posture, reduced stress, and a body that feels more capable, balanced, and durable.
Training May Include
Qi Gong for breath control, balance, calm, and energy flow.
Yoga for flexibility, mobility, posture, and recovery.
Walking for endurance, heart health, fat loss, and consistency.
Resistance Strength Training for muscle tone, joint support, strength, and metabolism.
